  • "Product": Physical DJ booths and related accessories sold through the Service.
  • "Order": A purchase made by a User for a Product.

3. Description of Products

Boothleg offers high-quality DJ booths designed for professional and personal use. Our cases are available in fiberglass and aluminum, with the following options:

  • Fiberglass Case Without Turntables and Mixer: Pre-cabled, price upon request.
  • Full Fiberglass Case with Turntables and Mixer: Includes 2 x Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000, 1 x Pioneer DJM-A9, pre-cabled, price upon request.
  • Each Boothleg case requires 12 weeks for production. Special customization is available upon request.
  • Shipping and delivery options will be discussed upon order confirmation.

4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • Order Placement: Users must provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process.
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with details regarding the purchase and estimated delivery timeline.
  • Acceptable Use: Users agree to:
    • Provide accurate information for transactions.
    • Respect intellectual property rights.
    • Refrain from fraudulent transactions.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Orders

  • Pricing: All prices are upon request and subject to customization.
  • Payment Terms: Orders require upfront payment before production begins. Payment methods accepted will be detailed during the order process.
  • Order Processing Time: The standard production time for each Boothleg case is 12 weeks, not including shipping.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Delivery timelines will be communicated based on the User’s location and shipping method. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be detailed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has commenced. Refunds will only be issued in cases of product defects covered under warranty.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Product Warranty: We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only the case and its mechanism. The platines (CDJ-3000) and the mixer (DJM-A9) have warranties that are related to and specific to Pioneer, and are in no way related to the responsibility of Wired Coliving SA. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Returns for Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Users must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request an exchange or repair.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wired Coliving SA disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright and Trademarks: All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Wired Coliving SA and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • User Content: Users may not submit unauthorized copyrighted materials, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property rights.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland.
